Using ParaTweet is very easy, all you need is two computers (or just one with a secondary display) with reliable internet connections; one to run the ParaTweet display application and one to run the moderation page.
The ParaTweet display application is a small Adobe AIR application that will run on Mac OS X or Windows, the only requirement is that the Adobe AIR Runtime Environment be installed on the host computer
